PSYCHOTRONIC ART is not something extra new. People did things like this before... Ancient Indian Yantra, Tibetan Mandala, Russian icons - the idea is the same... Those who did it on an appropriate level KNEW exactly what they did... In that time. In those places. They did it to influence the consciousness of people who lived there and then - with their experience and their mentality.
The world has changed. The social background of human mentality is completely different. The archaic methods work now unlike they did ages ago. Sometimes they do not work at all. Sometimes they do work in some unpredictable manner. Sometimes they do exactly opposite to what they have been intended to do...
Artistic creativity itself is intuitively managed. Thus as it is it cannot be managed at all... Art is not subject to awareness... The phenomenon of art is 100% emotional. Emotional expression of one's totally personalized creativity aimed at forming some emotionally based response in a potential observer. Art in a way we are used to does sometimes can influence the physical basis of human nature within observer. At least the most powerful creations are proved to be of that kind of capabilities. But in case of "art as it is" the said influence onto the human perception is indirect introduction of certain mental states through emotional transformations. The penetration of influence into the sphere of physical and metaphysical energy essence of human being is thus a matter of something consequential, which is to the greatest extent conditioned by and dependent over multiple personal behavioral psycho-socially based factors.
PSYCHOTRONIC ART is an outcome of exact awareness. Thus, accurately speaking, it is not art as it is. PSI ART is something fully functional. Psycho-energy perfection and correction of individual inner and outer conditions is the sphere of PSI ART instrumental implementation. 

Creativity expressed through the objects of PSI-ART is never emotional. As well as nothing emotional can be found in the way it influences the perception of an observer.
The main principle involved into the process of creating objects of PSI-ART is "nothing personal". On having attained the detached condition of "chitta vritti nirodhah" (from sanskrit - transcended and completely removed uncontrolled mental and emotional activities, characteristic of the normal average human state of consciousness), in the state of total inner silence and peace one reproduces within himself the demanded state of mind and/or condition of space. The rest is very simple. One needs just to compose the virtual image corresponding to that state or condition. And... to find a way of "unvirtualising" it in some kind of material object. The influence of correctly formed PSI-ART product is manifested in direct transformation of the very basis of physical in a human being. The energy field bearing the root of human vitality within itself is this basis... That's what PSI-ART appeals to. Nothing emotional in between the creation and the observer's perception.
